A busy Cardiff road was closed in both directions on Thursday night following a collision.
The incident happened near Thornhill’s Miller and Carter restaurant.
An eyewitness reported seeing multiple police vehicles, an ambulance and a rapid response vehicle from the Welsh Ambulance Service, and said some motorists had to turn around when they tried to approach the scene of the collision.

The witness added that a man could be seen receiving medical treatment at the scene.
A spokesman for the Welsh Ambulance Service confirmed they were called to Thornhill Road just before 7pm on Thursday.
He said the collision was between a motorcyclist and a car and they sent an ambulance and a rapid response vehicle to the scene.
The spokesman said a casualty was taken to the University Hospital of Wales, Cardiff, but it is not yet known how this casualty was involved in the collision and what the extent of their injuries were.
South Wales Police ’s roads team tweeted just before 7.30pm to say Thornhill Road was closed after a collision near the Miller and Carter restaurant.
