Cardiff teenager banned from city streets after anti-social behaviour order

A teenager has been banned from some city streets as part of an Asbo imposed on him for two years.

Joseph Harris, 19, from Riverside, Cardiff, was made the subject of the order at Cardiff Magistrates Court to protect the public from his anti-social behaviour.

The order bans him from entering Railway Terrace in Canton and South Morgan Place in Riverside.

It also prevents him from going to the area between Cowbridge Road East and Wellington Street, except to go to Boots and the Riverside Health Centre.

South Wales Police applied for the order which, if breached, could mean a prison term of up to five years.

If you believe someone is breaching the terms of an Asbo contact the police by calling the non-emergency number 101.
