Welsh rock band, Catfish and the Bottlemen, is on course to snap the number one album spot according to mid-week figures.
The group’s new record – The Ride – is currently 20,000 units ahead of Beyoncé’s Lemonade.
The Llandudno four-piece, who won Best British Breakthrough Act and the 2016 Brits, have also announced a new headline tour, including a date at Wembley Arena, for this autumn.
The group will kick off the gigs in Derby on November 5 and play in Coventry, Bournemouth, Glasgow and Manchester – there is no Welsh date for the tour, however.
Presale tickets for Catfish and the Bottlemen’s tour are released at 10am on June 1 from here.
