Commercial and domestic cleaning company Lady Muck Cleaning has appointed Kath Hiscock as its commercial director.
Ms Hiscock comes to the new role at the Hengoed-based business from UHY Peacheys where she was payroll manager at its Newport branch.
Ms Hiscock, who is from Caerphilly, has become a shareholder in the business.
Lady Muck sales and marketing director Ross Porter said: “We’re all delighted to have attracted a professional of Kath’s calibre and reputation to join our business. Kath comes to the business at a very exciting time as we continue to see growth in revenue week on week.
“Lady Muck Cleaning is a very ambitious business and Kath’s determination and drive is therefore a perfect match with our company ethos and mission.”
Ms Hiscock said: “I am very pleased and excited to have joined the ambitious team at Lady Muck Cleaning. I look forward to helping develop the business with its future growth and expansion.
“My financial background gives me the ability to analyse and develop the business strategy from a financial perspective, and along with the connections I have made in the South Wales business arena I feel that I can play an integral role in the future success of the business.
“As a shareholder I am excited to work at Lady Muck Cleaning as the business model is unique and ambitious, much like myself.”
Ms Hiscock, whose hobbies include reading, spending time with her family and cooking, is a founder member of I Am Woman, Cardiff and says she enjoys sharing knowledge and experience with other women in business.
