Music legend Alan McGee delivered the opening keynote address at Focus Wales in Wrexham and thrilled an audience with eye-opening tales from the trenches of British rock ‘n’ roll.
More than 150 bands are performing at the music festival which comes to a close this weekend and also includes a music industry conference and live comedy.
Alan McGee speaks to Dave Owens
The man who signed Oasis and was at the eye-of-the-storm during the height of Britpop with his label Creation Records spoke to WalesOnline’s Dave Owens about his remarkable career which is now firmly centred in Hay-On-Wye.
The 53-year-old, who announced his long-awaited return to the music industry last year with 359 Records which he runs from his Powys base, told us:
