City Academy’s FAW Youth Cup third round tie against Haverfordwest County will be played on Tuesday, 19th November (kick-off 7.30pm) at the Bridge Meadow Stadium.
The young Bluebirds progressed to the third round following a 2-1 over Newport County at Spytty Park, striker Eli Phipps netting a brace to see City come from behind to beat ten-man County following the dismissal of Newport goalscorer Tre Marrett.
It followed a resounding first-round win over Treowen Stars where Phipps was on the scoresheet once again, an impressive hat-trick helping City to a resounding 6-1 victory.
