Cardiff Local Guide A guide to all Things Cardiff
This was the scene tonight after a two car crash that ripped a wheel from a Vauxhall Astra and produced crumpled wreckage strewn across a Cardiff street.
American tourists Christopher and Barbara McLain had their holiday firmly dented when, while turning into Cardiff’s Plantagenet Street, Christopher Jonathan’s silver BMW came crashing into the left side of their rented Astra.
The retired Californian couple are on holiday tracing their family’s Welsh roots and were searching for a place to have dinner just before the crash at around 5.30pm.
