City ‘keeper David Marshall has been called-up to the Scotland squad for their final World Cup qualifier against Croatia.
Scotland round-off what has been a disappointing campaign overall with a final qualifier against Croatia at Hampden Park on Tuesday, 15th October (kick-off 8pm) with the City stopper keen to maintain his place in Gordon Strachan’s starting eleven.
Marshall claimed the number one shirt for their 2-0 defeat to Belgium during the last International break, maintaining his spot for their following qualifier and 2-1 win over Macedonia in Skopje just a few days later, only to be forced off through injury at half-time.
