A person has been taken to hospital after a collision on a busy Cardiff road on Friday night.
South Wales Police were called to the incident involving two cars in North Road at 10.27pm.
A police spokeswoman said one person was taken to the University Hospital of Wales .
Details of casualty’s injuries not yet known
She said the details of the casualty’s injuries were unknown but not thought to be serious.
She added the other party were not injured.
An inbound section between North Road and Colum Road was blocked for some time on Friday night while police remained at the scene but was not expected to disrupt motorists for a considerable length of time.
