‘Cautious welcome’ to plans to improve safety at busy Cardiff roundabout

Plans for safety improvements on one of Cardiff’s busiest interchanges have been given a “cautious welcome”. Around £70,000 is to be spent later this month to reduce the number of accidents at the Gabalfa Interchange.
